The Build-Your-Own (BYO) form is for mixing and matching different cake, buttercream, and filling flavors.

All regular orders require 7 days' notice, while large orders must be placed at least 10 days in advance.

Orders that reach or exceed 24 jumbo or 36 standard cupcakes should be submitted through the large order inquiry form.

Cupcakes can be safely left at room temperature for 2-3 days in a sealed container except if they contain a fruit-based component (e.g., strawberry filling or topping), a cream cheese component (e.g., cheesecake filling or cream cheese buttercream), or whipped buttercream. While I do not offer custom-designed cupcakes, select cake and buttercream flavors can be customized with various colors. To make special requests, please use the Build-Your-Own (BYO) form and specify the color(s) you want in the 'Additional Information' section. Large orders can use the designated section on the inquiry form.

After submitting the large order inquiry form, please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

A standard cupcake is 2 ounces, while a jumbo cupcake is 5 ounces.

For large orders, I am open to discussing flexible pricing options that align with your budget. Please note that while I try to be accommodating, the final quote will reflect a fair rate for the labor and materials required.

For D.C. orders: pickups will take place in the McDowell 5th-floor lounge. If you cannot access the building or run into any issues, please message me so we can meet at an alternative location.For St. Louis orders: for home privacy reasons, the exact pickup address will be texted to you within 24 hours after order confirmation.

Pickup windows are strictly 15 minutes long, so please select a time frame that works for you as I cannot hold your cupcakes past your window, and missed pickups are non-refundable.

I do not offer any gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, or vegan options at this time.

I do not offer delivery or shipping for either the DC or St. Louis location. All orders are pickup only.

In the rare case of a refund, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Otherwise, all sales are final, and it is up to you to understand your preferences before purchasing. No returns.
