How should I store my cupcakes?

Cupcakes can be safely left at room temperature for 2-3 days in a sealed container except if they contain a fruit-based component (e.g., strawberry filling or topping), a cream cheese component (e.g., cheesecake filling or cream cheese buttercream), or whipped buttercream. While I do not offer custom-designed cupcakes, select cake and buttercream flavors can be customized with various colors. Large orders can use the designated section on the inquiry form.

Where do I pick up my cupcakes?

For D.C. orders: pickups will take place in the McDowell 5th-floor lounge. If you cannot access the building or run into any issues, please message me so we can meet at an alternative location.For St. Louis orders: for home privacy reasons, the exact pickup address will be texted to you within 24 hours after order confirmation.

How long do I have to pick up my order and what happens if I miss my pickup window?

Pickup windows are strictly 15 minutes long, so please select a time frame that works for you as I cannot hold your cupcakes past your window, and missed pickups are non-refundable.

Do you offer delivery or shipping?

I do not offer delivery or shipping for either the DC or St. Louis location. All orders are pickup only.
