Food Safety Policy
I have a food handler certification through ServSafe. This means I understand proper food safety regulations to prevent foodborne illness and other food handling procedures.​ Please remember that even though I am certified and know how to handle food, I am baking in a COMMUNAL kitchen; therefore, I cannot control the environment around me.
Other Policies & Reminders
I do not offer custom-designed cupcakes. I can food-dye certain cake and buttercream flavors. When ordering, please complete the BYO form and specify the color(s) you want in the “Additional Information” section. The inquiry form has its own labeled section as well.

Orders that are at or exceed 24 jumbo/36 standard cupcakes must be submitted through an inquiry form. If you try to order through the website, it will be canceled.
All orders must be booked at least a week in advance. Additionally, I will only be baking on weekends + Wednesdays, not including finals/midterm week(s). Pickup days include the above + Mondays and Thursdays. Pickup times will be discussed individually for those filling out forms.
Seasonal flavors come in jumbo size only.
Please keep in mind that I do not offer any gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, or vegan options at this time.
I am open to price negotiation for large orders. I understand that everyone has a certain budget they’d like to follow; therefore, I am willing to compromise, however, I will still charge an amount fair for what my work is worth.
Return, Delivery, & Shipping Policy
No returns. All sales are final, and it is up to you to understand your preferences before you book. A 50% deposit is required for inquiry-based orders. Orders placed from the website should be paid in full at the time the order is placed.
