All regular orders require 7 days' notice, while large orders must be placed at least 10 days in advance.

Food Safety Policy

I have a professional food handler certification through ServSafe. This means I understand proper food safety regulations and other food-handling procedures to prevent foodborne illness. For D.C. orders only: please be aware that even though I hold a professional food handler certificate, items are prepared in a communal space; therefore, total isolation from potential food allergens is not guaranteed.

Other Policies & Reminders

The Build-Your-Own (BYO) form is for mixing and matching different cake, buttercream, and filling flavors.

While I do not offer custom-designed cupcakes, select cake and buttercream flavors can be customized with various colors. To make special requests, please use the Build-Your-Own (BYO) form and specify the color(s) you want in the 'Additional Information' section. Large orders can use the designated section on the inquiry form. Please note that all cake flavors except for red velvet and chocolate can be colored, and only vanilla and cream cheese buttercream can be colored.

Orders that reach or exceed 24 jumbo or 36 standard cupcakes should be submitted through the inquiry form. While you can check out directly on the website, submitting the inquiry form allows me to apply your large-order discount for the best pricing. Once an invoice is sent, if payment is not received within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled. Please note that the 10-day lead time still stands regardless of how you order.

Pickups are available daily, though certain times and dates may vary due to holidays and exams; please refer to this page for scheduled closures. For orders placed through the large order inquiry form or BYO form, pickup times are discussed individually. If ordering directly on the website, you can select a set window, but feel free to reach out if you need a different time.

Seasonal flavors come in jumbo size only.

Please keep in mind that I do not offer any gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, or vegan options at this time.

For large orders, I am open to discussing flexible pricing options that align with your budget. Please note that while I try to be accommodating, the final quote will reflect a fair rate for the labor and materials required.

Return, Delivery, & Shipping Policy

No returns. In the rare case of a refund, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Otherwise, all sales are final, and it is up to you to understand your preferences before purchasing.

I do not offer delivery or shipping. D.C. orders only: AU student orders are preferred.
