Please list which cake, buttercream, and/or filling flavors (or paired cupcakes) you'd like. If ordering multiple flavors, please list how many of each flavor you'd like and separate by semicolon.

I do not offer custom design cupcakes; this form is only for what is already on the menu; however, select cake and buttercream flavors can be customized with various colors. To make special requests, please specify the color(s) you want in the 'Additional Information' section. If you'd like a specific shade, please upload a reference photo.

Note: All cakes except for red velvet and chocolate can be colored, and only vanilla and cream cheese buttercream can be colored.

Orders require a 50% deposit to secure your date, which is based on availability. The remaining balance is due in full one day before your pickup date.

Note: You do not need to fill out this form to order 24 standard cupcakes; this form is only necessary for 36+ standard cupcakes or 24+ jumbo cupcakes.

Once an invoice is sent, if payment is not received within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled (quotes available upon request). Accepted forms of payment include Cash App Pay, PayPal, and most credit cards.
